University Interns
Since the inception of MAGIC, four university students have participated in research projects associated with gliders. Two of these students were at BIOS as part of the highly competitive Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Program, funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). BIOS has been an NSF-REU site since 1991, training and mentoring aspiring science undergraduate students from throughout the US.
